💡 Core Modules & Outcomes
- JTBD Framer: Synthesizes core problems and selects high-level UX patterns (e.g., Wizard Stepper, Progressive Disclosure).
- Behavioral Persona Generator: Creates motivation-anchored user cards with explicit Persona Depth Scores.
- HMW Ideation: Reframes struggles into strategic opportunity questions paired with concrete solution directions.
- 5 Whys Diagnostic: Isolates true underlying behavioral drivers behind surface user complaints.
- Developer Spec Brief: Formulates engineer-ready User Stories, Given-When-Then Acceptance Criteria, and edge cases.
1. What It Is
HUEM (Human-Centric Experience Engine) is the user experience specialist and product architect of the Ideoz multi-agent ecosystem.
While Atlas defines the strategic market boundaries and business viability, HUEM bridges the gap between validated strategy and software execution. It translates strategic intent into human-centered interaction patterns, behavioral personas, root-cause diagnostics, and developer-grade specification contracts—ensuring every UI screen, user flow, and interaction mechanics is directly anchored in real human motivation and struggle before prototyping or coding begins.
Core Role: Transform validated strategic hypotheses into human-centered UX mechanics, behavioral profiles, and deterministic developer specification contracts for the Prototype Engine.
2. What It Does (Core Experience Capabilities & Lifecycle)
HUEM operates through five specialized modules inside the Problem-to-Solution and Experience workspaces:
1. Core Problem Framing (JTBD Framer)
- Synthesizes Gap Statements: Combines desired actions (
i_want_to), ultimate goals (so_i_can), and core struggles (but_i_struggle_with) into a single actionable problem definition.
- Selects Interaction Patterns: Determines overarching digital experience patterns (e.g., Wizard Stepper, Progressive Disclosure, Single-Page Flow) based on specific user anxieties and friction types.
2. Behavioral Persona & Motivation Auditing
- Maps Real-World Drivers: Replaces static demographic data with behavioral triggers, decision habits, and anxiety profiles.
- Audits Context Strength: Calculates a Persona Depth Score and tags every profile trait as either
[Confirmed] or [Assumed] to highlight unvalidated customer risks.
