What is Work Scopes?
A Work Scope is the fundamental unit of thinking in Ideoz.
Instead of dumping an entire company vision or an entire backlog into an AI prompt, you isolate one specific challenge, feature hypothesis, or workflow problem into a single Scope. It is the boundary where Ideoz analyzes evidence, stress-tests assumptions, and scores clarity before you build. It maintains a live Environment State. It tracks unverified assumptions, monitors context completeness, coordinates specialized agents, and calculates dynamic prioritization scores in real time.
How to Create and Use a Scope
Create your first Work Scope
You can create one scope or drop multiple files and let Ideoz AI agent find the available scopes and share it with you to confirm

First time open New Scope
Create one scope at a time

- Naming & File Drop: The founder enters a problem-scope title and drops multi-modal context files (e.g., pitch decks, financial models, user interviews, research notes, or technical specs).
- Context Ignition (0–2 Seconds): The interface visually deconstructs uploaded documents into a visual stream, floating text snippet previews and data tables into a central Problem Context hub.
- Environmental Mapping: Ideoz parses the ingested files to construct a situational context graph.
- Gap Isolation & Diagnostic Chat: If the uploaded data is thin or incomplete, Ideoz immediately flags explicit missing information gaps (e.g., missing target demographics or unstated revenue model assumptions) and opens a diagnostic prompt to bridge those gaps.
